3DCuts.com Terms of Use:
What:
All 3DCuts.com products are cutting files or printables that must be downloaded after purchase. They are files that can either be cut with a cutting machine or printed on your home computer. I do not mail any products.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of my business, 3DCuts does not issue returns or refunds. You are encouraged to download the free test file before making your purchase to make sure my files work with your tools. If you have any concerns or questions about any product please contact me before placing your order.
Terms:
- Cutting Files: By downloading these files, you agree that you will not share, resell, give or transmit the files, in whole or in part, by any means. The actual digital cutting files are for personal use only. They cannot be shared or resold in any form. All files are copyrighted.
- Kits: You may not make kits of the cut parts and sell those.
- Completed Projects: You can cut my files and create up to 25 items for sale locally with proper credit to 3DCuts.com but you may not sell the items online. You may sell completely assembled items at craft fairs, charity events, etc. but not on your website or on Etsy or Ebay type sites. If you are going to make more than 25 items, please contact me about a commercial license. You may not sell the cutting file, just completed projects from it.
- Sharing: You may share photos of your work online (not for sale) but please be sure to credit the cutting file with active links to 3DCuts.com or Marji Roy. You may make and give completed projects from 3DCuts.com cutting files as many times as you want.
